In 2015, Rupal Nand made her debut with the Marathi film Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai 2 in which she played the role of Rashmi Deshpande.

In 2016, Rupal made her debut with the Marathi television show Goth in which she played the role of Radha on Star Pravah.
In 2017, she appeared in the show Phulpakhru in which she played the negative role of Revati on Zee Yuva. In an interview, talking about her character in the show, Rupal said,
Till now, I have played the protagonist on the small screen. This time, I wanted to experiment. Revati is very practical and a career oriented person. At this stage, I can’t say that my character has a grey shade but Revati is such a person, who can cross any limits to reach her goal.”
In 2019, Rupal appeared in the show Aanandi He Jag Saare on Sony Marathi in which she played the role of a girl who had autism. In an interview, talking about her role as Aanandi in the show, Rupal said,
The entire team of Aanandi He Jag Sare helped me out to portray an autistic child because my on-screen character Anandi was functional. Everyone helped me in giving justice to the character. It was a challenging role.”
In 2020, she played the role of Ananya in the show Shrimantaa Gharchi Sunn on Sony Marathi.
