Sahil Shroff is an Indian supermodel and actor. He made his acting debut with the Hindi film ‘Don: The King is Back’ (2011) starring Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

According to some sources, Sahil Shroff was born on Friday, 13 April 1979 (age 42 years; in 2021), while according to some other sources, he was born on Sunday, 17 October 1982 (age 38 years; in 2021) in Mumbai. His zodiac sign is either Aries or Libra. He attended a boarding school in Panchgani, Maharashtra. He graduated in E-commerce from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. Sahil then moved to Australia, where he obtained a Masters in Information Technology from Deakin University, Melbourne Burwood Campus, Burwood, Australia.

In 2011, while he was shooting for the Hindi film ‘Don: The King is Back,’ his name was linked with the lead actress in the film, Priyanka Chopra. Then, Sahil denied all the rumors and said,
As I was a new comer, Priyanka helped me with acting tips. When you make your film debut, you need all kinds of advice. And being in the industry for almost a decade now, he gave me some tips. The link rumor is more of a sarcastic comment. The media took it the wrong way.”
Career
While he was in Australia, pursuing higher education, he worked as a bouncer at a nightclub on the graveyard shift to make ends meet. After completing her studies in Australia, she returned to India and began auditioning for various modeling assignments. She then started getting good modeling offers, and later, she fronted famous Indian fashion designers like Manish Malhotra, Vikram Phadnis, Narendra Kumar and JJ Valaya.

In an interview, while talking about the model, he said,
Modeling has a very short life especially for male models and they need a lot of hard work and skills to get noticed. I wouldn’t say men have a harder life in the modeling world but yes there is less work for them and that’s where the detour to Bollywood comes in.”
Sahil has featured in various TV commercials including Lux, Tata Indica Xeta, Nestle Everyday and Cadbury Eclairs.

- When he was in school and college, he wanted to make his career in sports. He was eager to become a cricketer, but due to some personal issues, he could not continue his career in cricket. In an interview, while talking about it, he said,
I am a sports player. I was a cricketer until I was 18 and anyone who knows me and how I played there is a 100% guarantee that I will go up and play cricket. But something happened in my life, I changed my perspective and I pushed myself to go to Australia and study because I didn’t want to be in India. It was very difficult and when I went to Australia, I had to work because we couldn’t afford my education and accommodation.”
He added,
If you know about sports people, when they can’t do sports, there’s a huge chance they’ll go and party and they’ll do the opposite of everything a sports person should do and I did. I need a job that allows me to do that and at the same time, allows me to party and pay my bills. Bouncer is one of the highest paying jobs in Australia and I got off to a good start. Also, since I don’t mind a fight or a memo, I get involved. I get paid to party basically, and I also deal with a lot of difficult situations. The actor believes that hard times are a part of life, and one has to go through them to be successful.”
