She is in a long-term relationship with one of her college friends. In an interview, he said,

I am involved in a long-term commitment. I have been in love with a guy from my college for almost six years. We are young and life has pulled us in different directions. He has nothing to do with the industry. I don’t know how the future will shape up, but I will always be in love with it and will try to make it work. I’m chasing him now.”

Career

She started her career as a model. In 2012, she worked as a model for the Kingfisher calendar. She has worked as a model for Levis, Pantaloons, L’Oreal, and Idee eyewear.

He debuted as an actor in the Telugu film, ‘Rey’ (2015). In 2016, she debuted in the Bollywood film, ‘Mirzya;’ opposite Harshvardhan Kapoor. She acted in the Marathi film, ‘Mauli’ in 2018.

In 2020, she appeared in the Netflix movie, ‘Choked’ and the Hotstar web series, ‘Special OPS.’

In 2023, she appeared in the film ‘Ghoomer’ as a one-armed cricketer named Anina. In an interview, Saiyami Kher revealed that she met cricketer Yuvraj Singh to take inspiration from his battle with cancer so that she could get into the zone of the character she is playing in the film. On 19 August 2023, Saiyami received a bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note from Amitabh Bachchan as a token of appreciation for his work in the film Ghoomer.

When she was in college, she did an acting workshop with renowned theater artist, Nadira Babbar.

When asked about his debut film, in an interview, he said,

The first time I was approached to play the role was at a family gathering. Zoya (Akhtar) wants me to act in Luck By Chance. I was in Class 9 and just rejected the idea.”

She has appeared as the cover girl of Jade magazine twice.

In an interview, he shared his childhood memories, he said,

My parents moved to Nashik and brought us up there. We were not allowed to watch movies till our 10th Class. When we were a bit older, we helped our parents in the three restaurants they ran.”

While in college, he represented his college in badminton at the national level. He played He played badminton at the National Junior tournament with the famous badminton player, Saina Nehwal.

He also played cricket for the Maharashtra State team as a fast bowler. She was also called up for selection in the Indian Women’s National Team. Later, he left cricket to make his career in acing. In an interview, he said,

I felt there was no point in pursuing a career in cricket, if selection was not possible in the first team. Playing basketball and badminton and swimming.”

She shared her diet and fitness routine in an interview, saying,

As a foodie, I don’t care much about my diet, but I never overeat. Also, I make sure that I run. I usually run 10 km and on days when I feel I need to exercise more, given the kind of food I have, I run about 15 km,” While shooting for [Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s] Mirzya [2016] in Ladakh, I used to run to and from my hotel to the sets. Exercising for me is not a punishment for eating too much. But I enjoy doing it to stay fit, and enjoy my food more.”
