The “House of Gucci” actress recently appeared on Kelly Ripa’s “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast for an interview that touched on her beauty secrets. Although some of her followers suspected that she uses Botox to maintain her youthful appearance, the actress insists that is not the case.
“No Botox,” he told Ripa, explaining that he instead practices a form of meditation where he can feel energy “dancing” throughout his body. He credits this “strange” meditation for his youthful appearance.
Although he does not use injections, he uses machines to help his body in a more natural way. “I do a lot of frequency machines and it works on me better than anyone,” he explains. “And just meditating … sometimes when I do it, people tell me when I leave the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old.'”

She defended her decision to use radio frequency and microwave machines to tighten her skin in a non-invasive way, saying, “The people who did the machines said that the results I got, they couldn’t get with anyone else.”
The “From Dusk Till Dawn” actress went on to say that her meditation practice is more than skin deep. “When I don’t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] faces begin to fall and everything begins to fall, [but also] my herniated disc, problems in my neck, problems in my hips, my ankles [comes back]. I’m starting to break down,” he said in comments transcribed by Gaya Halaman Enam.
The actress has often taken a stand against Botox. In 2017, she told DuJour that she doesn’t “believe” in using Botox “because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more each time.”
