There is new information coming out about the split between actor Sam Asghari and pop star Britney Spears.
In addition to claims that the 41-year-old pop star cheated on the 29-year-old actress with a worker who worked at their home, sources have also come forward to say that the “Toxic” singer left the “Special Ops: Lioness actor with bruises and bite marks after fighting and even giving him a black eye while he was sleeping.
However, new reports indicate that it was only the “Hold Me Closer” singer’s increasingly “erratic” behavior that caused the actor to leave their 14-month marriage.

Fans of the pop star have been concerned by some of the photos and videos she’s posted on Instagram over the past year, but a new report suggests that posting and deleting the same video multiple times is just a small part of the singer’s “circus” of allegedly “erratic” behavior.
On Saturday, a source told The Sun that Britney has been known to “shout and scream at staff while making ridiculous demands,” adding, “Her behavior has become alarming and everyone is worried about her.”
“He has been acting increasingly erratic and is in a vulnerable state. Sam took on the burden and it proved to be too much,” the insider claimed, adding that his behavior had “hit a new low” and was “sad to watch.”

Another insider claimed that “She’s very erratic, constantly ranting and shouting at staff over little things and making ridiculous demands,” adding, “There’s broken glass all over the house because Britney would just throw things.” It’s unclear what Britney threw, but one source went on to say that she has a “weird” obsession with knives.
“He has a weird obsession with knives. He’s thrown them against the wall and hid them under the couch,” the source claims. “It’s like he’s paranoid someone is after him and he needs a knife for protection.” Sources previously told TMZ that the singer keeps knives all over the house and even in her bedroom. “Britney tends to get off the handle at the slightest bit and that scares Sam,” they claimed, adding that they were told there were “a lot of fights” where security had to get involved.

In her January 2022 memoir, “Things I Should Have Said,” Britney’s sister Jamie Lynn Spears wrote that Britney could be “paranoid and erratic” and recalled an incident with a knife in 2004. “She said to me, ‘Honey, I said ‘I’m scared’, and taking a big knife from the kitchen, pulled me into my room and he locked us both in.”

Regardless, it looks like Britney has gotten a lot of support from her famous friends. A source told The Sun that Madonna, who has had her own health problems recently, wants to be there for the pop star after attending his wedding in June 2022.
“Madonna feels very motherly towards Britney. He has always been her rock behind the scenes and this is no different,” the source said. “He wants Britney to know she’s not alone and whatever she needs – legal support or otherwise – she’s there to help.”
It seems trouble has been brewing between the former couple for a while, as they were photographed without their wedding rings in March. The actress filed for divorce on August 16, 2023, but listed the separation date as July 28, 2023, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
