Sanchari was born on January 8, 2001 to Mrs. Pushpita and Mr. Sudipta Sengupta. He hails from Kolkata, West Bengal. Sanchari has been singing since she was 6 years old. Soon his interest began to turn into a passion and he joined the London School of Music to sharpen his skills in music.

Career
Sanchari possesses such a beautiful voice that early in her career, she has appeared in several singing reality shows like Sa Theke Sa Junior in 2011 and Super Singer in 2020. She then appeared in India’s biggest singing platform Indian Idol season 13 rated. by Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani. The show airs on Sony Entertainment channel and is hosted by Aditya Narayan. Sanchari has trained in opera singing from the London School of Music, Kolkata. Her singing style stunned everyone as opera singing is not very common in India and very few Indians are interested in it.
Sanchari is famous for her singing as well as her clothes. She used to perform in a hand-printed Bengali saree that signified her strong connection to her roots and her culture-driven personality. During her appearance on the Indian Idol stage, she wore a saree designed by her mother, Pushpita Sengupta.

- In 2012, Sanchari won the National Bal Shree Award given to appreciate creative children in the age group of 9–16 years. He also received the Pogo Amazing Kid Award in 2014.
