Theater
Sanjeev Tyagi started his acting career in the theater world. He worked in several theater productions including ‘Devdas’ (2018), which was performed at the National Center for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai. In this production, he played the role of ‘Chunnilal.’ It is a 150-minute drama, adapted from Sarat Chandra Chatterjee’s Bengali romance novel; Saif Hyder Hasan directed the play.
Television
Sanjeev Tyagi made his debut in the Hindi television industry with the show DD National. In 2003, she appeared in the daily soap opera ‘Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai,’ aired on StarPlus channel. Tyagi plays the role of ‘Mr. Malhotra’ in the popular soap opera ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’ (2005). From 2011-2021, he made episodic appearances in the true crime anthology series titled ‘Crime Patrol,’ which aired on Sony Entertainment Television (SET); Tyagi played the roles of Abhimanyu Jindal, Kevalram, Thakur Mahendra Singh, and an inspector in the series.
