Using a joint Instagram post, the smitten couple showed how much fun they had on New Year’s Eve and the first day of 2023 in Tahoe.
“Snowfall, blackouts, and a ghost named Elizabeth,” they wrote in the caption. “Welcome to 2023 with the greatest adventure and the BEST people! I already miss them.”
In the photos, Hyland and Adams can be seen with some friends who are clearly having the time of their lives, given their happy expressions. The celebrity couple is in the first shot of the collection, posing in the snow with trees in the background. They bundled up against the weather and made funny faces at the camera.
In the next slide, still in the snow, the lovers take a selfie with their friends, movie star Glen Powell, musician and actor Chord Overstreet, and artist Ciara Robinson.
Others who joined in the festivities were Camelia Somers and Gigi Paris, as seen in the third photo, sitting on the wooden floor inside the house. In the penultimate slide showing the video, the “Vampire Academy” actress locked lips with her husband to welcome in 2023 while their friends chanted “Happy New Year.” And in the last slide, she is captured with a shopping cart filled with lots of plastic bottled water, candles and some holiday items.
In no time, the couple’s post received thousands of reactions and glowing remarks about how perfect the group looked in the midst of their fun. “The cutest peeps,” one fan wrote while another exclaimed, “The healthy content we need in 2023!!”
One fan worried about the safety of the revelers, given the weather conditions, and wrote, “With this storm here now, hopefully, you’ve made it out of Tahoe.”

However, just about four months later, at the People’s Choice Awards, they made their first red carpet appearance as a couple, as reported by The Blast. They showed off their elegance at the evening’s event wearing matching black dresses, made even more glamorous by their beaming smiles.
Hyland rocked a chic Vera Wang mini dress while Adams wore a black suit with a white crew neck undershirt. While posing for the camera, looking flawless, the lovebirds showed off their wedding rings with graceful expressions, and as expected, they shared a romantic kiss for their fans.

Hyland and Adams suffered the heartbreaking loss of their adopted dog Carl last December, and they naturally paid a touching tribute to the beautiful furry family member on Instagram.
One of the photos shared in the heartbreaking upload shows the “Dirty Dancing” actress resting her head on top of Carl’s body, while another photo of the dog and “The Bachelorette” alum are cuddling. The family’s Christmas image is also included, and it features Carl and another dog snuggling up to their pet parents in cute, matching Christmas-themed pajamas.
Taking the caption, Hyland began, “Carl our gentle giant, You are our protector, our best hug giver, and the light of our lives.”
He continued, “Thank you for being the best friend anyone could ask for. I will love you forever. You will always be my best son, daddy’s best friend, and Boo’s first love. We will cuddle in our sleep.”
