Hyland, wearing a dazzling white dress with sheer sleeves, wrapped one arm around her man’s neck and placed the other lovingly on his cheek, while Adams wrapped one arm around his wife’s waist and rested the other on her back. Both of their eyes were closed, enjoying the moment as the camera captured the image.

The wedding was held in Santa Ynez, CA. at Sunstone Winery, which fits its “vineyard” theme. Close friends and family were in attendance and the ceremony was officiated by the bride’s on-screen uncle in “Modern Family,” played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
