Career
Lucas first worked in the French Alps for two winters. He eventually joined the Met Office and began working as a weather forecaster at its Exeter headquarters in 2007. He then joined the BBC as a broadcasting assistant in 2008, and his first television appearance came in the summer of 2009.
Lucas projected the weather for shops and airports while working at the Met Office in Exeter. Aside from her television career, she enjoys traveling, camping, boating, and spending time in nature. He also co-hosts the BBC World News channel and Climate Check and Weather World with Nick Miller, and he occasionally broadcasts weather-related documentaries on BBC News.
