Sasha Palma, a model, has filed a $120,000 lawsuit against Kylie Jenner’s business, Kylie Cosmetics, alleging that she was not paid promptly for work she completed three years ago. In a lawsuit document reviewed by TMZ, Palma claims the cosmetics firm hired her for two photo shoots in 2020, the first of which took place in June of that year. He claims that he was hired for a one-day shoot in June at a daily cost of $2,000 with the understanding that he would be paid the following month.
According to Sasha’s testimony in court documents, Kylie Cosmetics paid her for services she provided more than 30 days late. In court documents, she claims Kylie Cosmetics’ failure to pay the money resulted in a $60,000 fine.
Sasha claims that she participated in a second photo shoot for the business in August 2020 and, in a related incident, she did not receive the $2,000 payment until after the 30-day grace period had passed. He requested an additional $60,000 from the court to cover late payment penalties.
Sasha posted an image of her face on Instagram in July 2020 with the message, “NEW CAMPAIGN FOR #kyliecosmetics,” highlighting her work for the brand. A Kylie Cosmetics spokesperson told TMZ that the business has documentation showing Palma was paid for both days she worked before the 45-day period after the shooting.
