Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj is an Indian spiritual leader who was appointed as the 6th head of the Nirankari Mission on 16 July 2018. The organization was previously headed by his father Baba Hardev Singh Ji, who died in a car accident on 13 May 2016.

Her mother, Mata Savinder Ji, also a spiritual leader, died of a prolonged illness in 2018. Satguru Mata Sudiksha had two sisters named Renuka and Samta.

Head of the Nirankari Mission
After his father’s death on 13 May 2016, his mother became the 5th Head of the Nirankari Mission. The news of Sudiksha becoming the leader was confirmed by the mission member in charge at the time, Kirpa Sagar. On 16 July 2018, Sudiksha’s mother handed over the responsibility of being the head of the Nirankari Mission to Sudiksha as her mother was unable to shoulder the responsibility due to her deteriorating health. In a conversation with the media, Nirankari Mission officer Kirpa said,
As desired and blessed by Nirankari Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj now, Holy Sister Sudiksha Ji has been declared as Nirankari Satguru and spiritual head of Sant Nirankari Mission from today.”
Since then, he attended various Nirankari samagams as a preacher. He has been actively working to spread the message of the Nirankari mission in India and abroad. From June 30, 2018 to July 1, 2018, under his leadership, a spiritual summit Nirankari Spiritual Summit was organized in Houston, Texas. In 2019, he attended the three-day Nirankari Youth Symposium in the UK. He is actively involved in various social services. He has organized various blood donation camps and tree planting camps. He has also started a video program ‘Kids Divine’ to spread spiritual awareness among children.
