Savannah Chrisley opens up about her first Easter celebration without her parents!
The eldest daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley has been candid about her feelings since being incarcerated with the head of the family. The patriarch and matriarch received nineteen-year sentences on charges of tax evasion and fraud.
After their incarceration, the 25-year-old was responsible for the younger Chrisley — his brother Grayson and niece Chloe. The “Chrisley Know Best” star recently updated fans on how it felt to mark the holiday without her prominent family members.

During Easter, the founder of Sassy By Savannah gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of her holiday festivities. The entertainer shared a picture of his backyard on his IG story.
This luxurious property features a beautiful terrace surrounded by lush greenery. In front of the relaxation structure is a tiled pool area with comfortable outdoor chairs arranged on the lawn next to the swimming facilities.
Savannah captioned this image with how she felt about the holiday. “It’s a tough day without mama and papa,” admitted the 25-year-old before declaring that his family would overcome this difficult phase. “We can do it, though! Our resurrection is coming,” the entrepreneur insisted.
The “Growing Up Chrisley” star’s happy announcement came just days after the TV personality lamented the absence of her parents. According to The Blast, the former Miss Tennessee Teen USA titleholder was saddened to spend Easter without her loved ones.
Through her Instagram page, the blonde beauty shared a moving video featuring various pictures of herself with her family. The polaroid snap was attached to the “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” podcaster’s fridge along with a handwritten bible verse.
Set to Miranda Lambert’s “The House That Built Me,” a song that evokes sad memories of childhood, the reel shows a collection of memories that emphasize Savannah’s love for her family and her Christian faith. Handwritten religious verses include “Psalm 23:4, Romans 8:18, and Psalm 37:4.”
In the caption of the post, the media personality revealed that Easter did not hold the usual joy as it marked the first holiday without his people. “When this holiday weekend rolls around, all I feel is sadness. In 25 years, I’ve never spent a single vacation without my sweet mama and papa,” the podcaster explained.

“Not only is Easter this weekend… but my dad’s birthday is tomorrow,” the entrepreneur continued, noting that life isn’t the same without his parents. “When you lose someone special, your world lacks its celebratory quality,” the 25-year-old wrote.
According to the social media influencer, holidays magnify loss, increase sadness and loneliness. The beauty queen alum assured her followers that it’s okay to feel down because the need for support increases during the holidays.
However, the goal is not to avoid one’s feelings but to channel them positively. “It’s not sadness you want to avoid; it was a pain,” Savannah claimed. “No one can take the pain away, but grief is not just pain; sadness is love I LOVE YOU, MOM AND DAD!”
