I would exercise twice a day, not sleep until I had run at least 6 miles, and I would only eat once a day. I’m 5″8 at 110 pounds. I’M UNHEALTHY!” Savannah wrote as she shared a video of herself on a boat.
‘Without Therapy’
Continuing that she’s putting in the time and effort to improve her mindset, Savannah added “Over the years I’ve been to a lot of therapy and I’ve learned to love ME and have a healthy outlook on my body and mental health. The work isn’t always easy…but it’s worth it!”
