Career
Before venturing into the singing industry, Sawai was a puppeteer who used to perform puppet shows across the state of Rajasthan with his parents for their income. He was very fond of music since childhood but was unable to pursue professional training due to his poor family situation. As he grew up, he developed a keen interest in music and started performing some traditional Rajasthani songs on the streets and managed to earn some money.

Sawai Bhatt came into limelight when she participated in Sony Entertainment’s singing reality show Indian Idol Season 12. She sang the folk song ‘Keshariya Balam Aao Mere Desh’ in front of judges Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani, and Himesh Reshammiya for the round audition which impressed everyone person and earn his golden ticket for the next round.
