After completing his studies, he started working at Indian Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd in the marketing and sales department. In September 2011, he quit his job and moved to Mumbai to pursue his career in acting. He has acted in various theater plays, such as ‘Trivial Disasters’, ‘Noises Off’ and ‘Cock’. She debuted as an actress in the 2012 film, ‘Second Marriage Dot Com.’ She rose to fame with her second film, ‘Margarita with a Straw’ (2014); starring Kalki Koechlin. He has appeared in various Bollywood films, including ‘Fan’ (2016), ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ (2016), ‘Jolly LLB 2’ (2017), and ‘Article 15’ (2019).
