Yes, the reality star mom-of-one was caught having a conversation with her hated co-star Tom Sandoval while she was trying to enjoy some time off in Lake Tahoe. Seeing him see off with Sandoval really pissed people off and they bombarded him with questions about the unlikely reunion.
Shay insisted during her Amazon Live that she is not friends with Sandoval and reminded her followers that she is on a reality show with the term reality being used loosely here. The singer explained what actually happened.
“I paired up with Sandoval to do this sort of spiritual healing meditation,” and he says, “It was very uncomfortable.”

It seems that the actor is trying to heal the wounds created last season. Does Lake Tahoe form a retreat? Shay insists that even though she doesn’t feel like it, the scene will make for “good TV” and she shares that this is all a surprise.
She and Sandoval never “expected to be paired together,” but when her husband, Brock Davies decided to play golf, this was the result. “Wednesday’s filming was beyond the most emotionally draining day I’ve had in 11 seasons of ‘Vanderpump Rules,'” she admitted.
Shay continued. “My eyelashes hurt because I cried that day, my touch is dry, I’m tight, I and I feel weak in every possible way.”

Shay revealed a lot at that time but nothing at all. She didn’t share exactly what happened that day and why it was so emotional “I didn’t like what he did to Ariana obviously,” Shay admitted.
But he also admits, “He and I have a very long friendship so everyone always [says]’Oh Scheana the flip-flopper, Scheana’s got to have loyalty,’ and losing that long friendship was obviously a struggle.”
She will always be “team Ariana” but that relationship with Sandoval requires closure on a deeper level for her. during the reunion, Shay shared that no matter what Sandoval was always there for her and included her from the very beginning when the likes of Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were practically torturing her.

Let’s be clear, just because everyone is at the reunion declaring that they will not be filming with Sandoval or Rachel (Raquel) Leviss, they are all under contract and have no say in who they are filming with.
They signed away those rights for the most part. Sandoval is in Tahoe because Lisa Vanderpump’s new business opening is impossible for Shay or anyone at her level to control.
Sure, you can stay quiet when Sandoval is around and ignore him but that’s a quick way to get undone. Chances are the actor is slowly softening up to Sandoval, and he’ll be back in no time!
