Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued by third accuser claiming he and Aaron Hall took turns raping her

A third woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that rapper and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall both took turns raping her and a friend in the early 1990s.

The plaintiff, identified in a complaint obtained by The Post as Jane Doe, claims that she and her friend met Combs and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records in New York City in 1990 or 1991.

“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and friendly with Jane Doe and her friends, offering them drinks throughout the night,” reads the 10-page lawsuit filed Thursday, shortly before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act.

The two entertainers then invited the woman to Hall’s apartment for an after party, where Doe was allegedly “forced” to have sex with Combs.

“After Combs finished running his business, Jane Doe lay on the bed, shocked and traumatized,” according to court documents. “While she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall burst into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with her.”

Following the alleged rape, the woman got dressed and ran out of Hall’s house, with her friend leaving shortly after.

The friend told Jane Doe, according to the filing, that she also “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”

“Upon information and belief, when Combs was done with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched, and they began assaulting Jane Doe’s friends,” the lawsuit alleges.

Doe claims that a few days later, Combs came to the house where she and her friend were staying, and violently attacked her.

“He became enraged and began to assault and choke Jane Doe until she passed out,” the complaint reads.

The “Bad Boy for Life” rapper allegedly sought out the female friend Combs “because he was worried she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them,” the lawsuit argues.

The Post on Friday reached out to attorneys representing Combs, 54, and Jane Doe for comment.

Hall, 59, could not immediately be reached. He is best known as a member of the 1980s R&B group Guy, which is currently on tour.

The suit also names as defendants Hall, MCA Inc and MCA Music Entertainment Group and Geffen Records. It alleges battery, assault and sexual assault, and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and seeks damages that were not disclosed at trial.

After the incident, the alleged victim “informed her close friends and family of what had happened,” and over the years “she has sought medical treatment to recover from the trauma that Combs and Hall visited,” the filing alleges.

The woman is said to have suffered physical injuries, “lasting psychological and financial damage,” severe emotional distress, humiliation, loss of dignity and invasion of privacy.
