Annie Schmidt, the home expert who remodeled Sean and Catherine Giudici Lowe’s pantry, recently spoke about the couple.
They had a “clean and modern” vision, which Schmidt brought to life. “The Lowes were both very accommodating and left it up to us to brainstorm and create the perfect pantry for their family,” Schmidt tells PEOPLE. “Catherine requested a lunch box and water bottle area (in the floor basket), and we made sure to include plenty of snacks on the bottom shelf for easy access for their three adorable kids!”
“Our main goal is functionality, but we like to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and complement the rest of the home’s decor,” Schmidt continues.
The newly renovated pantry has labeled shelves, making it easy for Catherine, Sean and the kids to find what they need. “Some are more general like ‘cooking’ — taco shells, croutons. And there are [more] specialties like ‘mac and cheese’ and Lowe’s son Isaiah’s favorite — seaweed,” he added.
