Sejal Sharma is an Indian television actor who committed suicide on January 25, 2020. Sejal is best known for her role in the TV Series, “Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji” on Star Plus where she plays the role of Simmi Khosla, the lead actor’s adopted sister. The series started in January 2019 and ended abruptly in August 2019.

Sejal was born on Wednesday, 26 October 1994 (age: 26 years; at time of death), he hails from Udaipur in Rajasthan. Sejal came to Mumbai in 2017 to pursue her acting career, before landing a role in the Star Plus TV Series, “Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji”, Sejal worked in commercials with actor Aamir Khan and cricketers Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya.

Kill yourself

On January 25, 2020 at about 5 am, Sejal was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his bedroom. Sejal left a suicide note saying that no one was responsible for killing himself.

Sejal lives in a rented flat with a roommate in Royal Nest housing society, Shivar Garden, Mira Road.

According to her friends, Sejal suffered from depression after her TV series, “Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji” ended a few months ago and she was struggling to find work. His friends also hinted that apart from work, Sejal was also having a bad time in his relationship.
