“I’m thankful to be alive,” the singer says in the emotional trailer. He posted the trailer on his IG and captioned it; “Every breath, a success. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I want to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me. Nov. 4 on @AppleTVPlus.”
The Only Killings In Buildings star “be yourself Selena, nobody cares what you do, it’s about who I am,” she gushes about herself in the trailer.

Gomez gets very candid in the doc’s trailer sharing the sentiment that many people her age worry about “being prepared for where I am” and no longer compares herself to her peers.
The actress shared her diagnosis of depression, anxiety, lupus, and mental disorders, exploring how it made her a different person. He promised himself “I will stop living like this,” he said. Gomez explores thoughts like “how do I learn to breathe on my own again?”
Some of Gomez’s friends and family also appeared in the document and revealed how dire the situation was. “If anyone saw what I saw, they wouldn’t recognize it,” shared a friend.
