‘Selling Sunset’ Star Bre Tiesi Settles Lawsuit Over Accident That Caused Miscarriage

Bre Tiesi has agreed to settle a lawsuit against Keshunna Latrice Parker, after claiming a car accident caused her to have a miscarriage.

According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star has reached a settlement with the woman, who allegedly caused the accident that resulted in her miscarriage.

The Blast broke news of Tiesi’s filing of a lawsuit last month, with him claiming in the paper that the person “drove their vehicle carelessly and negligently, almost causing property damage and personal injury.”

The “settlement notice for the entire case” stipulates that Tiesi’s agreement with Parker is conditional, stating, “The settlement agreement requires the dismissal of this matter upon the satisfactory completion of certain conditions which do not have to be fulfilled within 45 days of the settlement date. .”

The notice, submitted by mail on Dec. 8, also states that “a request for dismissal will be filed no later than April 8, 2024,” with the next case management conference scheduled for Dec. 13.

Interestingly, the document does not reveal the amount of money that may have changed hands. Also, in most car accident cases, there is an insurance company involved.

Last month, The Blast shared that the “Selling Sunset” star suffered a miscarriage on July 30, 2021, after she was involved in a car accident in Burbank, California. As we mentioned above, in a lawsuit she later filed, the mother of one claimed that Parker’s careless driving caused her “property damage and personal injury.”

In a recent filing for the case, Tiesi revealed that the conditions were dire, leading to “serious injuries and damage.” This includes, but is not limited to, “physical injury, loss of an unborn child, past and future medical costs,” as well as “pain and suffering,” among “other consequential damages.”

The reality star insisted that he was behind on Burbank Boulevard, near the Warner Bros. lot. Studios. The defendant confirmed the rear-end collision, indicating “heavy front-end damage” to the car.

Tiesi further alleged that Parker “failed to operate their vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.” Additionally, the woman acknowledged Tiesi’s declaration of an “alleged miscarriage” following the accident.

It is important to note that it is unclear whether Tiesi was with her child’s father, Nick Cannon, at the time of the incident. At this time, the lawsuit does not name the father of the unborn child.

Regardless, Cannon and Tiesihad announced they were expecting their first child together in January 2022, just months after the accident. While revealing that they have been resurrected over the years, Tiesi stated:

“I always come back. I just respect and love who he is as a person, so when I think, ‘Do I want my child to be this person? Look at your features, look at your personality, look at the way you treat people.’ That is far more important to me than anything else. And he treated me great, so that’s all I saw.”

Pregnancy loss is always traumatic, may Tiesi find complete closure.

Tiesi Reveals The Shock Of Motherhood In Podcast Update

While on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, she stated that the challenging situation brought a lot of confusion and raised many questions for her. In his words:

“You can’t help yourself, and I think that’s what makes it so scary. Because you’re like, What’s wrong with me? Like, nothing is wrong. Like, I have this beautiful baby. And why am I crying? And I didn’t cry. Like, what’s wrong with me?’ Like, you can’t put it together.”

Tiesi expressed her belief that society fails to adequately prepare women to face the reality of childbirth, which she says, results in motherhood being sugar coated with lies. He later said that people “don’t really tell you how hard it is and everything that comes with it and all that.”

The real estate agent admitted that he thought he would “recover immediately, mentally, physically, in every way.” However, between raising her son, Legendary Love, and filming the 6th season of “Selling Sunset,” the pressure was on. Tiesi explained:

“[I felt] the pressure of, like, being on TV and being like, ‘What if I say something that f——g gets me canceled or ruins me or they edit it out [poorly]?”

Despite the pressure, she stands firm, finding comfort in the support of Cannon, whom she describes as a good man to raise their child.
