Hollywood actress Selma Blair wrote an emotional letter to her younger self, sharing encouraging advice about her many challenges.
Blair, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018, recently publicly discussed using a cane to aid her mobility due to her MS diagnosis.
The actress’ multiple sclerosis has reportedly gone into remission as a result of the hematopoietic stem cell transplant she received in 2019.

The “Hellboy” actor penned a heartfelt letter to his younger self, offering encouragement and wisdom to the person he once became. Letters displayed in Many peopleIssu Cantik 2023 is a poignant reflection on the challenges and successes he has faced throughout his life.
In the letter, Blair, 50, spoke candidly about her struggles with anxiety, telling the young Blair to “replace your fear with hope.” He revealed that he used to be afraid of the future and afraid of growing up.
Blair wrote, “I know you’re scared of growing up. You think you’ll never know how to do anything successful adults do, but that’s okay. Don’t worry too much about the future.”
He continued, “I remember you very well at this age and how this picture was taken here when REO Speedwagon was playing, and you felt something,” referring to the picture that started appearing in the publication.
Blair concludes emotional writing by saying, “That thing you can’t put your finger on. It is hope. Replace your fear with hope. Continue reading. Write every day. Please believe in yourself. Tell the truth. Observe. Good things will happen. And terrible things. And that will all be part of finding your footing and moving on. You deserve to be loved.”

According to the publication, he made the attempt following a difficult year dealing with multiple sclerosis, which caused him great anxiety.
She said, “As an adult, the lethargy and anxiety became scary. I made mistakes. I wished I was dead. Attempted suicide. Several times. Out of desperation.”

The “Cruel Intentions” star’s health condition forced him to take a break from acting as he struggled to cope with pain from multiple sclerosis and did everything in his power to keep it a secret.
Blair claimed that she had to self-medicate and would often use anti-seizure medication to calm down.
He said, follow Daily Mail, “Set is sometimes torturous with fatigue and exhaustion. I take benzos and Klonopin. I don’t abuse those things, just alcohol. But I was lost and sad and could barely smile. So that’s my role, I imagine.”
The actor added, “I worry that a significant offense will eliminate me from the workforce early on. And usually, it’s my incoherence or being stuck, too weak or sick, in my trailer — or whenever.”
According to the news outlet, Blair revealed her health scare on the set of “Hellboy,” noting she experienced vomiting, hair loss, and rashes and was diagnosed with cat scratch fever and possible leukemia while working on the film.

According to Daily Mail, Blair’s MS is said to be in remission as the disease is in remission following a stem cell transplant she underwent in 2019.
