Celebrity Fitness Trainer Sanada Greca Combines Abs And Arms In Blue Two Piece
In one of her latest Instagram workout videos, the celebrity fitness trainer shows off her gym-sculpted muscles while using machines and free weights to build her toned physique. He does seven exercises for about an hour, sharing a list of each exercise he does.
“So I like to combine abs with upper body exercises, with minimal rest in between. Pick a core (non-core only) exercise from exercises 1-4 and stick with 5-7,” she wrote in the caption, also including her new limited dip ” Deep Ocean” two-piece Zentoa gym fit.
“You look so beautiful today and this dress,” commented one fan. “Thank you, dear,” replied Senada. “What kind of machine and brand is it? Want it for my home gym,” another follower wrote. “Not sure. Sorry. It’s at the gym I attend,” replied Senada. “I used beast mode today and it’s all yours, so thank you very much!” a third fan chimed in. “Yeah! Loved hearing that! Nice!” Sanada replied.

In another Instagram post, Senada doesn’t just go to the gym. He showed fans his morning routine, which showed him preparing with a bowl of proat (oat protein) at least thirty minutes before he set foot in the gym. The white text above the video explains that while some fans prefer to exercise fasted, he prefers to freshen up, especially for intense leg days.
Many fans have a lot of questions about his shoes, since he often works out in just his socks. “Yes, I realized I wore shoes for the first two practices, because sometimes the weight can hit my feet. So after a light set, if I add weight, I put the shoes back on. The straps they have at my gym are not the most comfortable,” he wrote in a comment.
“What brand of underwear do you wear to exercise? I’m having a hard time finding one that doesn’t move or ride while doing my circuit,” asked one fan. “This is Zentoa and while I may be a bit biased, this is the BEST I’ve ever worn for training or just everyday wear. I am seriously OBSESSED with them. I just ordered 4 more packs,” Senada admitted.

For fans who want to work out like Senada and eat like her, Senada shares her recipe for proat, which involves ½ cup rolled oats, ¼ cup walnuts, 1 serving of protein powder (she uses peanut butter) and hot water. He also topped it off with fifty grams of dark chocolate because of its high antioxidant content.
“Did you know that Dark Chocolate contains higher antioxidants than blueberries, which makes it a great anti-aging superfood? It’s also a great natural stimulant so you can probably skip your coffee or pre-workout,” she wrote in the caption.

“Research shows to aim for 50-70g per day of dark chocolate, and the darker the better. Here I use 100% cocoa. No added sugar,” he added. ‘This is my latest discovery, which gives me a kick to focus, to get and stay energized during exercise without drinking before exercise (I’m not a fan of most of the pre-workouts out there.
