Earlier this week, the founder of Zentoa took to Instagram to share a video version of his latest recipe. In the video, he slices two apples and then connects them to make the classic donut shape. After mixing the protein powder in the milk, he dipped it into the apple core and placed it on the baking sheet. She melts dark chocolate with coconut oil to create a drizzle and then freezes it for about an hour until it sets.
“Protein Chocolate Coated Apple Donuts – No Bake, DELICIOUS, so easy to make and you can eat the whole tray guilt free,” she wrote in the caption. “I beat myself up with this one! WOWWWW! MUST TRY!” She also wrote instructions for her recipe:
1. 2 medium sliced apples, core either by cutting out the core or using this simple method2. in a bowl mix about 2 cups of almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla) with,3. 3 scoops (weighing 60g) vanilla protein powder (adjust milk or powder to get a consistency similar to mine)4. melt 30g of dark chocolate (I use 100% unsweetened cocoa) with 5. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and microwave to melt for about 1 min6. Cover the apples with the protein powder mixture, then drizzle with chocolate and place on a tray with parchment paper
Freeze until set 30-45 minutes and ENJOY. Store in the refrigerator. Let it melt for 5-10 minutes
Fans Love Sanada’s Creative New Recipes!
While some fans swoon over her recipe videos with “yummy” and “yummy” compliments, other followers are more impressed with her toned abs and toned figure! “Well, I love you and I have to ask how you keep this physique all year?” asked a fan. “All this food looks delicious I’m like um how many calories does he eat?? I eat my protein every day.”
“Honestly I have gained a little, on purpose, but I also worked hard to gain mass in the muscles. I am very consistent with my workouts, I challenge myself and I try and do my best to take in the calories I need a day,” replied Same. “This dessert is delicious but it’s also protein-packed and low-carb so while I’ll eat regular desserts, I try my best to try healthier options. A misconception is that we have to bulk and cut. I think that creates an impact yo-yo. I think it’s healthier and more sustainable to add or lose slowly as needed to reach whatever goals you’re working towards. Hope this helps.”

Other followers said that they will try this recipe because they have had success with some Senada recipes in the past. “Saved!!! I tried yesterday for the second time the Mediterranean pasta you shared once. Will try this one day,” commented one fan. “Mediterranean pasta is very good. I’ve made it a few times too,” shared another follower. “Sweetheart love to hear this, beautiful,” replied Senada with a prayer hand emoji.
Other fans shared their own substitutions for the recipe. “I made this but there was no almond milk. So instead, I mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter protein powder. I melt Lily’s unsweetened chocolate with coconut oil for a drizzle. They are so delicious!” commented a fan. “This actually sounds better. I think I’ll try your version!” another follower replied.
When another fan asked Senada what protein powder she was using, the entrepreneur replied, “Working” with a “shh” emoji. Since she started her own swimwear and activewear line – Zentoa – fans weren’t surprised to see she also created her own brand of protein powder!
