Shakira is getting closer to completing her breakup with Gerard Piqué.
The Colombian singer recently won custody of their two children and will be moving to Miami, FL. in early 2023.
She won’t be staying much longer in Barcelona, Spain, so she’s working hard to sell the mansion she once shared with the soccer player.

Shakira and Piqué have agreed to sell the exclusive Barcelona mansion where they have raised their two sons, Milan (9) and Sasha (7).
According to Daily Mailthe former will sell their property for £10.5 million and £12 million, which is between $12 and $14 million US dollars.
The mansion has five floors, has a recording studio, a gymnasium, a paddle tennis court and a mini-fútbol field. It is located about 30 minutes outside of downtown Barcelona.
Piqué will continue to live in his penthouse apartment on Barcelona’s fashionable Muntaner street with his girlfriend of 23 years, Clara Chia.

The cost will be borne by both of them.”
Although Shakira has custody outside of her rights, she still faces a major tax fraud claim in Spain and potentially eight years in prison.
In September, a Spanish judge ordered him to stand trial for failing to pay his taxes.
Shakira recently spoke about the upcoming trial and described it as her “darkest hour.”
The Colombian native insists he paid taxes on his earnings from 2012-2014 while living part-time in Spain.
However, the judge wasn’t buying it and wanted to put him in prison for eight years. In addition to possible jail time, he will also be ordered to pay a large fine.

Shakira denied any wrongdoing and rejected a plea deal with prosecutors. The plea deal will allow him to avoid a trial.
It’s a matter of right versus wrong for the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer. His public relations team insisted that he had already paid what was owed in addition to three million euros, which is about $2.8 million US dollars.
He faces six counts of tax fraud. A trial date has not yet been set.
