Shakira and Gerard Piqué may finally be resting amid their hot and cold custody battle.
According to a new report from a Spanish news channel BRANDthe former couple have decided to call a truce following their summer split.
The truce was over the custody of their two young children, Sasha and Milan.

The FC Barcelona singer and defender have had several meetings to reach an agreement; however, the final discussion will have to wait considering what Shakira’s father went through.
His father was admitted to the Tecknon clinic in Barcelona on October 17.
The 91-year-old man has been suffering from health problems since May after suffering a brain injury from a fall at his home.
Despite the cheating scandal and the terrible breakup, Piqué reportedly wanted to show the Colombian singer all his support at an emotional time for the singer and her father.

“No matter how things end or how Gerard and I feel as ex-partners, he is the father of my children,” Shakira said in an interview in Elle magazine. “We have a job to do for these two incredible children, and I believe that we will figure out what is best for their future, their dreams and what is the right solution for everyone.”
Earlier this week, Piqué visited Shakira’s house. He dropped off the suitcase and stayed for a few minutes.
The footballer moved on from Shakira with a much younger employee of his company, Kosmos.
Clara Chia Martí and Piqué met through her former teammate, Riqui Puig.
Puig’s girlfriend is Gemma Iglesias and she is Clara’s friend. Gemma introduces Puig to Clara during a night out.

Puig is also Piqué’s right-hand man for a wild night out according to Marca.
“Pique has good friends. Clara is dating Pique’s friend’s brother. Since they met, he has fallen in love with the girl. They exchanged phone numbers, at first they met secretly,” paparazzi Jordi Martin told Marca. “Then he not only took the girlfriend from his best friend’s brother, but also fired her from Kosmos, and hired the girl.”
Once Shakira confirmed her partner’s infidelity, with the help of detectives, the singer was able to prove Piqué had an affair before June 4.
All this led to the deterioration of their relationship over the years.
