Grammy award-winning singer Shania Twain has spoken out about the massive tour bus crash that left several of her crew members hospitalized.
The incident happened on Wednesday following a road accident in Canada. Twain, who is currently on her “Queen of Me” tour, shared her heartfelt statement on the issue, noting that she thanked her crew for bravely facing “a very scary scenario.”

Twain took to her social media pages to share updates on the catastrophic events that befell her crew after the tour bus and truck for her “Queen of Me” tour were involved in a highway accident between Winnipeg and Saskatoon, Canada.
He began by assuring his fans that his “touring family” was safe and that those in need of care were receiving appropriate treatment.
“Thank you so much for the outpouring of love and support from everyone. First of all my visiting family is safe. Anyone who needs medical attention receives great support,” Twain said.

He continued, “The local community and every crew member was phenomenal, in the face of a very scary scenario.” Twain ended the post with a red heart emoji, writing, “Hug and hold your loved ones, we do the same!”
Initial reports confirmed that Twain was safe and not on the tour bus involved in the crash.

As we previously reported, Twain’s tour bus was involved in a traffic accident that left several crew members hospitalized.
In a statement to People magazineTwain’s management said, “A bus crew and a truck from the Shania Twain – Queen Of Me tour were involved in a highway accident driving between Winnipeg and Saskatoon.”
They continued, “Many vehicles faced dangerous driving conditions due to bad weather. Members of the production crew who required medical attention were taken to a nearby hospital.”
Notably, the “You’re Still The One” singer was not on the bus when the crash happened. Twain’s management also expressed gratitude to the emergency services team that responded quickly and helped get those involved in the accident medical treatment.

In April, Twain’s “Queen of Me” tour kicked off in Spokane, Washington. Since then, he has delivered spectacular performances across the US, Europe and Canada.
The tour comes on the heels of her critically acclaimed sixth studio album, “Queen of Me,” released in February. The musical project saw Twain make a grand comeback to the music scene.
After wrapping up her tour in Vancouver on November 14, Twain will begin preparations for her Las Vegas residency, which will begin next year in the spring.
The Vegas residency titled “Come on Over” will see Twain take her fashion seriously as she delivers a dazzling performance for her Sin City audience.
Speaking about it, Twain said, “I’m going to play around with fashion a lot more at the Come on Over residency because… I’m really discovering the joy of creating my own style.”
He told People’s Magazine, “I always cooperate, but this is another level. I’ll be doing more of that at the Come on Over residency.”

Twain opens up about her latest music project and how the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed her to make music again. In an “All Things Considered” podcast chat, the singer talked about how the pandemic is affecting her new music.
