In a year marked by profound loss, the star faced another heartbreaking moment as she said goodbye to her beloved pet. The grieving TV personality took to social media, expressing how this latest blow has added to an already challenging year.

The unique bond between a pet and its owner is beyond words, and in this sad moment, the model’s heartache is palpable. In the 10-slide carousel uploaded to her Instagram page, her love for the late cat is evident based on the number of solo shots that can be seen.
The first slide sees the blonde beauty cuddling her beloved hairless cat while sitting on a sun lounger by the pool. Buddha images follow this in different places and positions, including sleeping curled up on his side.
Finally, the mother of three also added what appears to be a throwback of the couple in a similar pose to the first slide, except this time, she’s standing in front of a door.
In the caption, Moakler, who is already coping with the passing of both his parents, shared a heartbreaking note that showed how much the year tested his endurance.
Acknowledging that it was a challenging and sad time, she stated, “This year has been horrible, I just put my best friend….literally my world. My Buddha.”
The former pageant queen went on to share how important Buddha was in her life, “When I had nothing I had him, he literally held my hand at night when I was sleeping, my house and my heart was broken. I know he will be with my family, I am heartbroken and really disappointed…??❤️ ⚓️ God willing.”
In response, Moakler’s fans flooded his post with heartfelt messages of comfort, as one compassionate individual stated, “I’m so sorry.. he has the BEST life with the best mom!! Beautiful cat.. sending you love.”
Another gently offered consolation, stating, “So sad to hear that. praying for you He is on the rainbow bridge ?. ???,” while a third shared their own experience, writing, “I’m sorry ?? Overwhelmed by all the love shown to her, the actress shared a video of herself still grieving on her Instagram story to thank her followers for their support. She later explained that even though her day started off well and she was happy, “it turned into s—” because of the death of her pet cat. The “Joey” star then thanked him again before stating that he was going to bed.
For those who don’t know, the reality TV star’s love for animals was at one point evident in the collection of various critters that call her home – and her cat Buddha has been there since the beginning.
More than a decade ago, the “Meet The Barkers” alum introduced the hairless cat to her fans on social media. The former Miss USA revealed her excitement for this new addition as she excitedly shared, “we have 2 cats now! 2 rabbits, 3 dogs, 1 hamster. lol”

The “Bridalplasty” host, who lost both of her parents within eight months of each other, shared a touching glimpse of her most cherished memories on her Instagram story.
Against a background of complete darkness, she wrote, “❤️ My favorite memory in life is walking on top of my mom and dad dancing. I hope you all can dance like they do.”
In another slide, Moakler appears in a black jacket, his tear-filled eyes reflecting the pain of his recent loss. Despite the weight of her emotions, her beautiful blonde hair bounced gracefully over her shoulders as she wrote:
