As we reported, the actress wants out of her marriage to Iswarienko and filed the necessary paperwork to do so in April. In a statement, the party Beverly Hills 90210 alum claims through her rep that “Divorce is the last thing” she wants to do at this time.
“Unfortunately, he felt he had no other choice.” She claimed that her husband and his agent were “intimately involved.” In the divorce filing, he listed the month of separation as January and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Shortly after the news broke, Doherty took to Instagram and wrote what many believed to be about the shocking divorce. “The only people who deserve to be in your life are those who treat you with love, kindness, and complete respect,” she says.

We have obtained a copy of Iswarienko’s response to the divorce, and the cameraman lists the wedding date as October 15, 2011, making it 11 years of marriage for the couple. He did not list the date of separation as Doherty did in his papers.
Child support was not an issue since neither of them had children, but he checked the yes box for attorney fees and costs that the ex-spouses would split.
Ahead of tying the knot for the third time, Doherty spoke about how seriously she takes this marriage. “Marriage for me is such a huge commitment that it is not something I will take lightly anymore. I have learned my lesson.”

She wrote, “My husband says you’ll never know I have cancer, I never really complain. I don’t talk about it. It’s just part of life at this point.”
