Sharic joined Dharma Productions, Mumbai, in 2010 as a production assistant. He worked as a line producer from 2012 to 2015 in the same company. He then worked as a 2nd assistant director at Dharma Productions. Sharic was promoted to associate creative director in 2017, and later, he worked as an associate director at Dharma Productions. He has worked as a second assistant director in Hindi films such as ‘Student of the Year’ (2012), ‘2 States’ (2014), and ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ (2016).
