Sharna Burgess’s baby boy, Zane, who she shares with Brian Austin Green, has hit a milestone, and she couldn’t be more excited!
The extraordinary entertainer was quite sentimental as she celebrated the little one’s first birthday on Wednesday, June 28. She shared a heartfelt message to the celebrant, hoping their special memories will last forever while expressing disbelief at how much time has passed.

Burgess dropped a series of videos on her Instagram Story in honor of her baby boy’s milestone, which she commemorated as a family with Austin Green. In the first video, she filmed herself carrying Zane, which was too cute for words. “Hey, Zane,” said the mother of one. “Whose birthday is it today? Whose birthday is it today? Is it yours?”

The birthday man responded by clapping before his mother repeated, “Is it your birthday today? Are you a year old?” He then tells her to “say I’m me” before adding, “I can’t believe you’re the one.” It was clearly a “very emotional” day for Burgess, and he acknowledged it throughout the broadcast.
In a second video, made after the celebration, she ran out of words to describe how she felt about the milestone but called the day “amazing” and “amazing.” The famous dancer added, “Again, we don’t make cakes because we keep it real; the big birthday parties all happen on the 4th; that’s when everything was planned.”
He was pretty much in his feelings as he reflected on the special treatment Zane received that day. In his words:
“Today was very emotional; I can’t believe he is alone. We did a very special bath time with the new toys and loved the shower head with the little dino shower head and the dino foam head maker.”
The Australian entertainer later admitted to getting emotional again after revealing that Zane was a big boy with six teeth, sitting in an ordinary bathroom. His last video was a revelation to his many followers about something thoughtful he did to make sure Zane never forgets the memories they shared.
“Something I did today was I started [an] email account for Zane,” she shared. “And I sent him a video, so I sent him the first one today.” Included in the clip are Burgess’s “favorite memories,” like his first year with his son and “a little bit about how he came into the world” as he got older.
He explained more about why he made such a decision: “It’s wild. Some of my most precious memories [Zane] can’t remember, and I want to share some of it with him.” And tell him how much he’s loved and how wanted and special he is, and I’ll also send a little compilation of the day, him swimming with the kids and bath time and all that.”
The ballroom dancer seems to be getting emotional even before Zane’s first birthday, as she previously covered it in an Instagram post, counting down the seconds until she hits one. At the time, the child was 11 months old, and she wrote, “I got emotional when I found out you were going to be a year old. My beautiful boy is filled with wonder and curiosity.”
He went on to mention that as Zane grew, he demanded independence but liked to share with others. Burgess feels lucky to have witnessed her progress but wishes she could “slow down a bit. In conclusion, she called her laughter her favorite before writing, “Dad and the kids will be here soon, and we’re counting the days.”

A month before Zane turned one, he visited his mother’s homeland of Australia where he made his first trip to the beach. Burgess didn’t hesitate to share the occasion when she uploaded a touching video on her Instagram of herself and the youngster frolicking on the beach.

“All firsts,” he captioned it. “Watching him find (eat) sand, the awe and wonder on his face as the waves roll up to his feet, and the excitement of seeing them crash further and further.”
The 38-year-old choreographer is proud to share her love for Australia and the beach with her son, but both miss her baby daddy, who they look forward to meeting halfway through their trip.
