It made no difference when the pro dancer shared that her son had learned something new via Instagram a few hours ago.
Sharna Burgess Describes Her Son’s Rapid Growth
Although it’s something to be proud of as a parent, mama bears seem to have mixed feelings about the exciting development. The television personality revealed that her son, Zane, eats on his own without help.
Taking to her Instagram account, Burgess shared a personal message featuring a picture of her seven-month-old son snuggling up in comfort.
As noted in the text conversation, the cute little one was engrossed in watching the “Elmo” show while lying on a gray couch. He wore onesies, with a fluffy white blanket covering his entire body.
Above the photo, the Australian wrote, “My heart swells and hurts all at once. Time is a thief.” In a separate Instagram post, she shared a mashup video of her son from baby to his current age with Harry Styles’ “As It Was” playing in the background. Throughout the clip, he holds and kisses her. The mother of one excitedly captioned the video, “Time is a thief, and I’m a puddle ?.”
Fans filled the post with various messages of love, encouraging the doting mother to keep up the excellent work. One fan wrote, “So cute. She’s perfect. I hear how fast they grow. I love all your videos Sharna. ❤️ thank you for sharing her with all of us.”

A week before this announcement, the “Dancing With The Stars” alum expressed his displeasure with adults using filters on children. The Blast previously reported that he called the action when he saw a video of a child using a filter that changed their face.
An Instagram filter applied to the eight-year-old made her face slimmer, changed her eye color and accentuated her nose. The choreographer shared a video of herself using the same filter and wrote in the accompanying caption, “I just saw someone with this filter on some of their kids’ videos. A beautiful young girl, maybe eight years old.”
She expressed her annoyance at the act, “Congratulations on giving your child a sense of insecurity about her already perfect face. This shit gets me fired up.” He asked his followers to try the filter and notice the changes it made.
Burgess shared a video of her natural face to further prove her point, which is a stark contrast to videos with filters. He announced, “For the record, this is my face this morning. No makeup and no filters.”
Sharna Burgess Complains About Her Mother’s Lifestyle
In early November, a few months after the birth of her son, the beautiful mother spoke about the challenges and incredible feelings that come with motherhood. At that time, her little one was only four months old, so she had such a heavy feeling.
She wrote, “Mommy life is busy, and at the same time, I’m getting nowhere. Between pumping, feeding, playtime and everything in between, there’s no time left in the day. Tbh I realized one time I didn’t shower for 2 days…. And I’m a 2 shower a day person!!!”
However, the mama bear stated that it wasn’t all negative as she revealed that she managed to find balance in the chaos. He wrote, “Finding time and balance is a new skill I’m trying to master. I wouldn’t change a single thing, though, I’m obsessed with life and everything.”
