Actress Sharon Stone is grieving the death of her brother, Patrick Joseph Stone, in a very emotional video.
Almost two years after losing her niece River, Sharon lost her brother, Patrick, to a heart attack. He suffered from heart disease, and his wife Tasha broke the news of his death to their family, friends and fans.
Patrick and Tasha are parents to 11-month-old River, who died in August 2021 of complete organ failure. Shortly before River’s death, Sharon posted a picture of her in the hospital and asked people to pray for a miracle. The “All I Wish” actress has broken her silence on the death of her brother Patrick. Sharon via Instagram shared a video confirming the death of her brother. She also shared a photo of them together with the heartbreaking caption, “RIP my brother Patrick Joseph Stone.”

Besides Patrick, Sharon has two siblings, an older sister named Kelly and an older brother named Michael. Kelly is more private, while Michael is an actor with credits in 1999’s “The Quick and the Dead” and 2021s “Renaissance Man.”
Sharon wrote about her relationship with her siblings, especially Patrick and Michael, in her book, “The Beauty of Living Twice.” In the book, the actress said that she and Patrick were very close, and that she had recently started to be close to Michael. The last time she posted about Patrick on her social media was when they went on a family trip to Alaska in September 2018.

Sharon Stone’s brother, Patrick, died suddenly at his home in Pennsylvania on Sunday at the age of 57. Sources at the local coroner’s office spoke to TMZ and revealed that Patrick died of sudden cardiac death. He reportedly had a heart condition but it is not clear if he was hospitalized around the time of his death.
According to the news outlet, Tasha, Patrick’s widow, announced the news of his death to their family, friends and fans. He wrote, “My heart felt like it was being ripped out of my chest. Patrick went with our sweet River … I don’t know what else to say, he is my world.”
Tasha went on to write, “I’m not sure what life would be like without my husband by my side and I honestly don’t want to, but of course I will. I just wish you were always by my side watching over Hunter, Kaylee and me.”

Patrick and Tasha’s son, River, died of total organ failure at 11 months in August 2021. The couple barely mourned their baby boy before Patrick began his heart disease battle. In his message for Patrick’s death, he shared his wish for his father and son to be reunited in the afterlife.
Tasha wrote, per Page Six, “Until we meet again, I will forever keep you and our beautiful memories (and some not so beautiful but just as important) close to my heart and will visit those memories always. I love you, love love. My hope through all of this is that now at least River has his dad with him and I hope you two have the best time.”

Sharon first revealed to fans that River’s body had gone into complete organ failure days before she died. She posted a photo of her niece in her hospital bed on her Instagram and wrote the caption, “My niece and godson River Stone was found in her crib with complete organ failure today.”

The “Casino” actress asked fans to “Please pray for her,” saying their family needs a miracle. When River, sadly, passed away a few days later, Sharon posted another video to announce his death and honor the memory of his short life. He captioned it, “William Stone River Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021.”
The video Sharon posted showed River laughing and smiling with her family while wearing only a diaper and a floral shirt. He used Eric Clapton’s song “Tears In Heaven” as the soundtrack for the tribute clip, a song Clapton wrote after the tragic death of his son.
