Shawn Mendes had an icy treat for his fans on Christmas, when he stripped his 6’3 body down to nothing but a black trunk and did a “polar bear punch” in the frigid waters, wishing all his fans a “Merry Christmas.”

There are many ways to start Christmas morning, and for many of us, with the surrounding cold temperatures, it starts with a hot cuppa and unwrapping presents. For Mendes, the only thing that can be revealed is because of taking off his own clothes, and the only thing that is hot, for fans, is because of his tall and thin figure in black swimming trunks.
It looks like Mendes decided to play Santa for his fans as he wished everyone a “Merry Christmas” and shared a video of himself diving into a frozen lake.
The video begins with the singer seemingly preparing himself to dive into sub-zero water. Frankly, with all the snow and ice around, the sight of him walking to the edge of an icy lake is enough to give us all frostbite!
After taking a deep breath, Mendes took off his boots and then his sweater, standing in black pants, with a friend behind him. The singer cautiously stepped back and finally braved the full plunge, shouting, “Whoo! Cold,” after waking up.
After doing the polar bear jump underwater, Mendes finally came out screaming that he “couldn’t feel anything.” After putting his boots and sweater back on, Mendes finally gave the camera a thumbs up, and the fan reaction was just as wild as the icy swim!

Fans now feel the 24-year-old singer may be dating her 50-year-old chiropractor Dr. Jocelyne Miranda after the two were spotted out in public throughout 2022. Most recently, they were spotted at a farmer’s market in West Hollywood, where Mendes embraced Jocelyne.
The “Senorita” singer first sparked romance rumors with Jocelyne when the paps snapped some pictures of them having lunch in July, as reported by the Daily Mail. Jocelyne herself has a large collection of celebrity clients, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, and has also worked as Shawn’s chiropractor for several years, especially when he was on tour.
While Mendes and Jocelyne haven’t given a statement about their relationship, if anything, she has shared a few photos on Instagram of her time with Shawn on tour, including a post wishing him a happy birthday with some backstage shots.
Mendes was in a relationship with Camila Cabello from 2019 to 2021 and has since played down the relationship. While fan speculation is rife, Jocelyne may be dating hotelier and author Stas Arsonov, given that she posted some cozy pictures with him on her Instagram Stories in November 2022.
As far as their relationship goes, it may be purely professional or a deeper friendship as well. Mendes hasn’t been mum about it, but then again, if celebrities start taking every rumor at face value, they won’t be able to do anything, right?
