I thought it was better earlier when I started. There are fewer models and more work. The money is enough and you can actually make a living by being a model. Today, even though the industry has grown in size, there are so many models that don’t necessarily work easily. Also with cricketers, film stars and even television actors turning to modelling, there is less work for models. Male models for example have almost no work these days and even younger female models — especially those from overseas — are willing to work at very low rates. It’s hard to survive as a model these days.”
