He received his education from the International Indian School, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He also attended the University of Huddersfield, Huddersfield, England. Shehzad made his acting debut in 2012 with the TV series Savdhaan India. He is best known for his role as Rehaan Imraan Qureshi in the Zee TV show, Qubool Hai (2014-2015). He has also done a Bollywood film, Bankster in 2018.
