Career
Shivani Tomar made her debut with Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap opera Pavitra Rishta as Ruchita Karanjkar. The series is an adaptation of the Tamil television series Thirumathi Selvam and revolves around Manav, a garage owner and Archana, a down-to-earth and hard-working girl in a middle-class family.
He then made his appearance in another popular television series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. The story revolves around Delhi-based business tycoon Arnav Singh Raizada and a middle-class girl from Lucknow, Khushi Kumari Gupta. Shivani was later cast in the TV series Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain as Shakti Gupta. This story tells about a former jakun, Bachani Devi, who has surrendered and turned into a peaceful person but is still feared by the people.
