A pro-Palestinian activist posted a surprising video of himself unleashing a horde of spray-painted rats into a McDonald’s in the UK, as he shouted “F—k Israel” in front of panicked customers.
The clip, captioned “Enjoy your rat burger,” begins with the man, who wears a Palestinian flag on his head, opening the trunk of his car, which displays a license plate reading “PAIISTN – Free Palestine.”
He pulled out a box full of rats painted red, green and white – which he then threw onto the floor of a McDonald’s in Birmingham, according to LBC.
The rats roamed throughout the diner amid the screams of startled customers.
“Free the king of Palestine!” he shouted as he walked back to his car. “Boycott Israel! F—k Israel!”
A spokesperson for the chain told the outlet it had confirmed the heinous incident at the eatery.
“We are aware of an incident at our Birmingham Star City restaurant this evening where a number of rats were released by members of the public,” the representative told LBC.

“Following the removal of the rats, the restaurant was thoroughly cleaned and our pest control partners were called in to carry out a full inspection,” added a spokesperson for the fast food giant.
The incident occurred after the Israeli branch of the company announced its decision to donate free food to the Israeli army in its war against Hamas, the Jerusalem Post reported.
“The act of throwing rats into a restaurant where customers are eating is disgusting. It causes distress to both the people present and the rats themselves, and both are cruel and dangerous things to do,” Gary Mond, chairman of the National Jewish Assembly, told the Jerusalem Post.

“However, from a political perspective, it is completely pointless. It will do nothing to bring any support to the ‘Free Palestine’ struggle, which in any case is based on Jew-hatred rather than support for the Arabs living in Gaza,” he added.
Animal rights group Viva! said it was ‘very disappointed’ about the use of the animal.
“While freedom of speech is important, and while we are all deeply upset by what is happening in the Middle East right now – anyone who has seen any of the footage will be moved not to be heartbroken – using poor mice and rats and setting them free at McDonald’s is not the way to make a political matter,” representative Faye Lewis told the Daily Mail.

“The fact that the video shows rats being thrown at people is animal cruelty plain and simple. If the purpose of protesting is to protest suffering, then contributing to further atrocities is poor execution,” Lewis said.
“It’s hard to see the scene unfolding on the news for anyone with empathy, but inflicting fear and confusion on these sentient and empathetic mice and rats and with disgust, throwing it at people in the process, seems like the wrong way to protest suffering,” added the spokesman.
