Shrabani Bhunia was born on 29 July 1996 in Kolkata, West Bengal. While graduating from college, she participated in various dance and drama competitions to improve her acting talent. All his efforts paid off when he got his first break in the Bengali television industry.

Career
Shrabani first appeared as Rakhi in Rakhi Bandhan, a Bengali television soap opera that aired on Star Jalsha in 2016. It was the story of a brother and a sister who lost their parents at a very young age. As they sought refuge at their uncle’s house, they were neglected and mistreated. Bandhan, despite being a child, dreams big for his younger sister. The story is all about the innocent, loving and caring relationship between brother and sister.
He gained immense popularity with his role in Kanak Kakon as Kanak in 2019. Kanak and Kakon are two orphaned siblings who are trying to carve a niche for themselves. Kanak is an ambitious athlete who wants to make it big in the world of athletics. Kakon, on the other hand, is struggling to make a living for himself and his sister despite being sick. The story revolves around these two brothers and their struggle to survive.
He then appeared in Jibon Saathi as Jhelum Ganguly with Diya Basu as Priyam. The show depicts the story of Priyam, who is married to a man named Sankalpo, who was previously in love with his sister Jhelum. However, Sankalpo only looked at Jhelum.
Shrabani also appeared in the TV series Madhabilata as Madhabi produced by Snehashish Chakrabarty opposite Sushmit Mukherjee.
