While Poonam is a lawyer by profession, Mamta is a fashion designer. The brother and sister duo began their entrepreneurial journey when they started a boutique called Wild n Whacky, which flourished over time. After that, they decided to venture into food and hospitality with Chaat Café in 2000. Later, the café led to the establishment of Papa Pancho Da Dhaba restaurant.

In 2017, she started dating Bollywood film director Vikram Bhatt. In September 2020, after dating for three years, the couple tied the knot in a secret wedding. The private ceremony took place amid the Covid-19 lockdown and remained under cover for about a year. On October 6, 2021, news of Vikram and Shwetambari’s marriage hit the internet when Vikram posted a heartfelt birthday wish for his partner on his Instagram account. Later, Vikram’s uncle and famous Indian filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt confirmed the news to the media.

Career
A short course at Christie’s, London, allowed him to move from hotel management and set up his art gallery called ‘Gallerie Angel Arts’ in 2007, which he runs with his business partner Reshma Jani (a former fashion designer). Art events in galleries are also combined with accessible mediums such as music, fashion, jewelry, etc. In September 2012, Gallerie Angel Arts, in collaboration with Chivas and VH1, organized an event called “Art and Music Unplugged,” held at the JW Marriott, Mumbai.

Later, the name of the gallery was changed to Trinity Art Impact. In addition to exhibiting modern, Indian and contemporary art, Trinity Art Impact also provides creative consultancy services to its clients. The company has installed beautification projects for many corporate clients such as D’Decor, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Oberoi Realty. Along with Vikram Bhatt, Amar Thakkar and Vikram Krishna Bhatt’s daughter, Shwetambari Soni also became the director of Loneranger Productions Private Limited on 17 June 2016. In 2019, Trinity Arts Impact selected a special edition debit card for Kotak Mahindra Bank. Featuring intricate artwork by renowned Indian artist Seema Kohli, the debit card was created exclusively for Silk Box Customers. The exclusive artwork showcases feminism, constant change, order, strength and fragility, color and rhythm, melody and exuberance, as well as myth and legend.

In 2020, a public beautification landscape project was installed by Trinity Art Impact for Mumbai’s Environment and Tourism Minister Aaditya Thackeray. Located in Kalanagar Junction, Mumbai, the project consists of a 28,000-square-foot sculpture garden and a model installed inside a fountain that reads “BKC.”

Together with his partner Reshma Jani, he founded the construction company Mahalaya Consultancy LLP on 31 January 2020.

- Although Vikram and Shwetambari had been dating for three years, the idea of formalizing their relationship through marriage struck the couple when Vikram’s father was hospitalized and doctors recommended angioplasty for him. When Vikram approves the angioplasty procedure for his father, the question of taking an important decision in each other’s lives comes to Vikram and Shwetambari’s mind. In an interview, Vikram explained,
My father was hospitalized at that time. When the doctor recommended angioplasty for him, we gave permission. Later, Shweta asked me, ‘If this happens to one of us, who will take it [the call]? Partners do not have any rights.’ We realize that friendship is good, but we need a more formal relationship.”
