The artistic gymnast has been living on cloud nine since the NFL star popped the big question last February. Thanks to the Olympic gold medalist’s open nature, fans have been updated about their wedding plans every step of the way.
Although the lovebirds haven’t shared the date of their upcoming wedding, the power couple is actively preparing to cohabitate. The star athlete recently revealed that the couple has laid the groundwork for a new home.

Biles and Owens had their hands full as the newlyweds revamped their wedding plans by building their wedding habitat. In the spirit of new beginnings, the couple bought a property in a secluded area, as seen in the gymnast’s Instagram updates.
The three-slide post features a picture of the couple posing together at the excavated property. A few trees have been cleared to make way for an empty part of the quiet area, which is surrounded by tall trees.
Dressed in a purple sports shirt, the 25-year-old pouted at the camera while her lover hugged her neck and kissed her earlobe. The second image shows Owens leaning the camera while staring at the horizon, possibly looking at a lake near the property.
Upon closer inspection, a house can be seen across the body of water, while the third photo shows the excavated space. Excavated roots appear to be piled to one side while other trees stand upright.
Considering the amount of greenery that surrounds the area and the lack of neighbors in the picture, it’s safe to say that the couple doesn’t have to worry about their privacy. The sweet post was captioned: “home made with love & dreams. Excited to break ground.”
Following the touching upload, excited fans flooded the comments section with the groom-to-be leading sweet messages. “Very excited!!!!” the NFL player wrote, emphasizing his love with a red heart emoji.
Elaine Welteroth, a well-known journalist, shared similar sentiments writing, “Love this stage of life for you,” while retired gymnast McKenna Lane Kelley said, “congratulations to Owens!”

Last month, the Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient updated fans as he celebrated his bachelor party. According to The Blast, the star gymnast shared an adorable photo of her gift-wrapped hotel bed on Instagram.
In the picture, the bride-to-be is wearing a white shirt designed with the words “Bride and Boujee” written in black and gold. The ceiling is also decorated with floating gold and white balloons while a giant gold balloon spells out the word “WAITING” above the bed.
There were also various gift bags placed on the bed as well as a sash that read: “Future Mrs. Owens” written in gold. On her Instagram Story, Biles revealed that she went to an undisclosed tropical resort with her girlfriend.
Although Owens was unable to be a part of the girl’s visit, the Houston Texans football safety made sure his fiancée would never forget him. The handsome groom-to-be sent his wife a Chanel bag that matched the gold and white theme of the bachelor party.

In an Instagram Story update, the People’s Choice Award winner revealed that the lovebirds are adding a new luxury item to their jewelry collection. The short video features the athlete’s manicured nails grazing the tops of two ring boxes from the Rockford Collection.
The luxury brand sent two matching rings. The men’s version features a black ring base with a diamond encrusted top, while the feminine pair follows a similar design with a silver base.
“This Jonathan’s beautiful ring/workout ring,” the Texas Women’s Hall of Fame inductee said in the adorable video. Plus, the artistic gymnast shared a sweet photo of the power couple rocking their matching accessories.
