Even though Simone Biles has only been married to professional football player Jonathan Owens for a few months, she’s getting the best princess treatment imaginable.
The athletes, who have been dating for nearly three years, tied the knot at a courthouse in Houston, Texas, before following it up with a lavish ceremony on Saturday, April 22, in Cabo.
Since the union, Owens has showered his bride with gifts ranging from flowers to clothing accessories, as he recently did, as revealed on Biles’ social media.

The award-winning gymnast couldn’t get enough of her husband’s love as she showed off her latest gift to her fans via her Instagram Stories. In the uploaded shot, two mini luxury bags are placed on a white table, including a gray Jacquemus purse and a black Prada bag featuring a gold chain strap.

“My husband is the best??? — He still spoils me,” Biles said on the post, adding, “The fact that he saw my Twitter like for this one melts my heart ???.”
This is not the first time Owens has showered his wife with gifts as he previously gifted her the most beautiful flowers to celebrate a commendable achievement.
Fans will recall that Biles struggled with twisties for some time, prompting her to take a break from competitive gymnastics for nearly two years.
However, earlier this month, she overcame it and took part in the Core Hydration Classic at the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, prompting her loving husband to express his pride in flowers. On the artistic gymnast’s Instagram Story, she displayed the gift using a video of flowers placed in fancy glass vases along with red and pink heart-shaped balloons.
They were all arranged on a marble table in the Biles’ lavish white home, with flowers consisting of boat orchids, white hydrangeas, and red, yellow and white garden roses.
Admiring the delightful gift, she wrote in the text overlay: “??? my heart @jowens” and went on to share another adorable flower image on her Story, with the caption, “back to this house ????? .”
The Olympic medalist’s return to gymnastics certainly caused a frenzy on and off social media as she won the all-around, balance beam and floor titles while earning the top score on vault at the 2023 US Classic.

He reflected on his performance in an interview, saying, “Did I look fun? Oh, thank God. I thought I was going to (expletive) a brick, but that was good.”
“I feel perfect about where I am right now, mentally and physically,” Biles continued. “I still think there are some things that need to be worked out (mistakes) throughout the night in my routine. But I would say it went well for a first meeting.”
The Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient reclaimed her dominance in the field as she put on a remarkable performance alongside Olympic teammates Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Suni Lee.
Additionally, she finished with a score of 59.10 for the meet, with the closest score being 54.10, by 19-year-old Leanne Wong.
This marked Biles’ first win since her last competition at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, where she withdrew from the finals for mental health reasons.
Referring back to his struggle, he described it as a “mental injury” that he believes can be managed with “the right work and proper help, making sure he will come back.

As happy as Biles and Owens’ marriage is, they also have their fair share of worries, one of which is ‘long distance’ given the NFL star’s move to Wisconsin’s Green Bay Packers.
The 26-year-old athlete opened up about coping with the distance in an Instagram Q&A session when a fan wanted to know how often she sees her husband.
He shared, “When he was in Houston, every day!!!!! But he is in green bay now.” Biles went on to mention, “It’s going to happen in 1 of the three preseason games but right after that… like 35 minutes.”
The Ohio native talked more about managing the distance as she revealed that she and her husband had been talking about when she would see him again.
