Simone Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens, continue to grow in their married life as they constantly update fans on the parts of their lives that they want the world to know about.
A month before tying the knot, the couple announced they had bought a piece of land where they would build their dream home and live happily ever after.
After holding their wedding ceremony in May, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, much progress has been made on the purchased land.

The artistic gymnast, who is always eager to talk to her fans through her social media pages, updated them on the impressive progress she has made in preparation for building her family home.
Showing off the work on his Instagram Story to his 6.8 million followers, he posted a nine-second clip revealing the state of the land, which workers are actively working on.
Apart from the foundation, which has been placed on the ground, wooden structures stand upright on different segments of the property. Also visible in the clip is a portable toilet set up for construction workers.
Additionally, wooden planks, vehicles carrying building materials and ladders are also included in the video. While much work still needs to be done on the developing land, Biles can’t contain her excitement. She gushed in the caption, “I can’t believe we’re building our dream home ??.”
The recent progress on the purchased property comes weeks after the Olympic medalist showed the early stages of the land being built. The athlete took to his Instagram story to reveal a clip of the vast land when it was all cement and blocks.
While the foundation appears to have been laid, workers are seen on the structure, helping to level the mix. Construction equipment, including a truck with a crane attached to it, was captured in the video.
Capturing the words in the post, she announced, “The foundation has been poured,” before proceeding to tag her husband’s Instagram handle.
Flashing back to when they revealed they’d bought the property in March, Biles couldn’t keep her cool as she uploaded three photos to her Instagram page, featuring herself and her man posing together at the secluded property.

For the emotional occasion, the 26-year-old wore a purple tracksuit and pouted at the camera while her handsome hubby wore a white T-shirt and had his hair styled in a braid. He lovingly wrapped his arms around Biles’ neck and kissed her earlobe.
The following slide captures the footballer leaning into the camera as he gazes at their soon-to-be dream home, perhaps enjoying the milestone. Instead, the third frame is a scene of an excavated space. Some trees have been cut down for land surrounded by tall trees. And upon closer inspection, a house can be seen on the other side of the property.
The happy wife captioned the post, writing, “home made with love & dreams. Excited to break ground.” Fans and colleagues were quick to congratulate the couple in the comments section, with her husband commenting first, “So excited!!!!” along with a red heart emoji.
Retired gymnast McKenna Lane Kelley happily wrote, “congratulations to Owens!” While Elaine Welteroth, a famous journalist wrote, “Love this stage of life for you.” Meanwhile, a supporter of the couple said, “I like it when people like it [this] because it’s a whole trip for followers too, lol.

In the blink of an eye, the lovebirds embraced each other, standing next to a leafless tree. Biles looked dapper in a flowing white dress with a long train, while Owens looked dapper, wearing a beige suit and brown shoes.
The couple posed in a truly dreamy venue with white floors and neutrally designed walls arranged to accentuate their stunning looks.
She declared in her caption, “One month to love you forever.” The doting wife also praised their photographer, “@stanlophotography.”
