Singer Tallia Storm is embarking on a surprising new career move.
Although the 24-year-old singer just dropped her new song, “Addicted,” and its music video, it seems she’s planning to make a career move and start a “day job.”
The Glasgow native revealed that he is the host of new breakfast show Capital Scotland and will join presenter Fat Brestovci from 6am to 10am on weekday mornings.

While many fans know Tallia for her singing voice, they will soon know her for her speaking voice, as she announced on Instagram Tuesday morning that she is “excited” to host a new breakfast show every weekday morning.
“New show warning ? Storm is coming ??️?,” he wrote in the caption along with some relevant emojis. “I’m delighted to announce that I’m joining Scotland’s No 1 popular music station as host of the official new breakfast show with Fat Brestovci from 2nd May ?.”
“If you can’t get enough of me on tiktok, over posting on IG or sharing my music videos every 3 days – now you can listen to my Scottish banter Monday – Friday 6am – 10am ? How lucky are you?! ?” he joked.

“Jokes aside, it’s a dream come true. Very excited to join the @capitalofficial family,” he continued. “I am very grateful for this opportunity & can’t wait to get started. Brb now I need to remember how I passed my test & found myself first car – suggestions welcome.”
After a long string of emojis, Tallia emphasized that this was not a “career change,” adding, “PS No career change, I’m in show business dear. This amazing job allows me to learn a new craft, finish my daily tasks before lunch and recording in the studio every evening! They don’t call me a coward for nothing – I’m an entertainer…wait till you see what else is coming.”
Tallia Explains Why Hosting The Radio Show Was A ‘Full Circle Moment’

Following the announcement, the “Ring Ring Ring” singer opened up about her new career move. In her speech, as reported by the Daily Mail, Tallia described how having her “first radio show” in her hometown was a “full circle moment.”
“Having my first radio show in the Capital in my hometown with Fat was a dream come true and a full circle moment,” he explained. “I grew up listening to Capital on the way to school, so this means the world is coming back to Scotland and part of the Capital family.”
“Scotland has a special place in my heart, and I’ve been looking for the right opportunity to come home so I’m really excited about this new role – bring the banter and build the country up with Fat,” he continued.

“We’re both obsessed with music and pop culture so it really was a match made in heaven,” she said. “We’re hoping to have some iconic guests on the show too, I’d love to include Lewis Capaldi, I can’t stop listening to his new album and watching his hilarious videos.”
While she didn’t share what other musical guests she plans to bring on the show, she did tease that she hopes to make some “new friends” with her new job. “We’ll be bringing energy, mayhem, and hits all morning and I’m really excited to get started and make new friends along the way,” she added.

Her new co-host Fat Brestovci added, “I’ve been part of the Capital family since 2017 but getting the chance to host a breakfast show with Tallia Storm live from the heart of Scotland is an amazing opportunity and we can’t wait. to take listeners with us on the journey.”
