Controversies
- In 2019, Singga released a song titled “Bachelors.” In the song, a boy without a moustache is described as gay. An organisation called ‘Shaan Foundation’ expressed their objection over the content in the song and issued a letter against Singga opposing the song to the strict terms.
- Another song of Singga titled “21st Century,” which he did along with Mankirt Aulakh, also attracted controversy for being unsuitable for the students of class 10, 11, and 12. The song’s lyrics say-
I spent my time during 11th standard in prison, and after that, I failed in class 12.”
