Reality tv star, Janelle Brown, seems to be taking things seriously about her split from Kody Brown.
The TLC personality has been sharing insights into her fitness plan and living a healthy lifestyle almost a day after her split from the patriarch made headlines.
The couple have been married for more than two decades and share six children, Madison, 27, and Logan, 28, whom they gave birth to, and Savannah, 17; Gabriel, 21; Garrison, 24; Hunter, 25, who was adopted by Janelle’s former marriage.
In a special episode to be shown at the end of this month, the former couple revealed that they had been separated for months. The announcement comes a year after another “Sister Wife,” Christine Brown, ended her 25-year marriage to Kody.

Taking to Instagram on December 12, Janelle shared with fans a video update on her ongoing health plans heading into the new year. The clip looks like a collage of memories centered around his progress, including a scene of him lifting heavy weights at the gym.
“At what point do you decide it’s time… time to put your health first,” he wrote throughout the video. “Because this has been a game changer. I’m coming for you 2023.”
He also echoed similar sentiments in the post’s caption, adding that he plans to not give up on his health plan.
“I’m ready for you, 2023!” caption read. “The health journey I’m on is amazing. The results aren’t overnight, and I’m okay with that. It’s all about slow and steady winning the race. 2023 is my year!”
Janelle And Kody Split A Few Months Ago

Janelle seems to have been inspired to turn her life around following her split from her estranged husband, Kody, a few months ago. She confirmed the split in the trailer for the “Sister Wives: One on One” special, hinting that the breakup won’t go back.
“I think if we both actually sat down, we would look at each other and say, ‘Really?'” the 53-year-old reality star revealed in the clip, which aired in full on December 18, every US Weekly.
He added, “We’ve been apart for a few months.”
In the same teaser, Kody confirmed they are no longer together. He also said that Janelle had moved on and there was no point in sticking with their troubled relationship. Kody said, “Janelle has made it clear to me that she’s enjoying her life without me.”

Prior to the official announcement of their breakup, Janelle’s fans had expressed their support for her following rumors that the couple had split for good.
This comes after she posted an Instagram video of her youngest daughter Savannah celebrating her 18th birthday.
“I’m so happy for you, Janelle!! You, Christine and your children all deserve better,” said one fan in the comments section of the post.
Another follower said: “Janelle we fully support you, get your life back and you and your kids first. That man never respected you, neither did Robyn! I hope you and your kids and Christine get along and thrive in your happiness.”

Janelle Brown Says Her Relationship With Kody Is ‘Slightly Strained’

Kody and Janelle’s split was hinted at in March 2021 when she opened up US Weekly about how sharing Kody with his other partner is sometimes difficult.
“Of course, I’m still jealous,” the reality star told the publication at the time. “But I learned a long time ago [that] you just have to figure out how to be OK with yourself.”
She added, “You have strengths, and you have blessings, and you have opportunities given to you … you can’t compare. I just think comparison is, like, the death of plural marriage.”
A few months later, she claimed that her relationship with Kody was “very strained,” hinting at an eventual breakup, which has already happened. Since they are only spiritually married, there is no legal requirement to dissolve their marriage.
The couple have been married for over two decades and share six children together.
