The latest installment of TLC’s “Sister Wives” series saw a frustrated Kody Brown want ex-wife Christine Brown to keep her name out of his mouth!
Unsurprisingly, the father of 18 is tired of his ex-wife’s criticism, given the bombshell revelations she shared following his departure from their plural marriage. Now that she’s enjoying a monogamous relationship with her new husband, David Woolley, her ex can’t understand why she holds a grudge against him.
Kody Brown Begs Christine To Move & Stop Blaming Their Child With Him
When Christine decided to leave her polygamous marriage to Kody in 2021, she raised eyebrows about her ex-husband and his alleged favoritism towards his only remaining wife, Robyn Brown. The name of the couple continues to be a trending topic in his mouth, the phase of hope that his ex-lover will end with his new marriage.
In the final episode of the “Sister Wives: One-on-One” special, the father of the Brown family aired his grievances about Christine’s frequent words. According to Kody, if the mother of six truly loves her new husband, she should be able to move forward without badmouthing her husband to her children and their audience.

“What he did was wrong, and I’m happy for him and his life and that he’s moving forward and that he’s going to find love. I’m happy for that. But I can’t forgive – at least not now – the fact that he has pitted my children against me in a very subtle but real way that bothers me,” Kody announced, adding:
“If he really fell in love, which I hope is the true story, it should all be over. He’s trash talking me to my kids, he’s trash talking me on this show, it all has to stop. Because if he falls in love, he should get over it.
Aside from Christine’s criticism, Kody has no problem with his ex-partner or her new husband. He met Woolley on Sunday’s episode of the TLC series, an introduction fans didn’t get to see, but the father happily shared his thoughts on his ex-wife’s lover.
“I met David for 15 minutes, chatted, very soft and light conversation. He talks to Robyn a lot, and he thinks she’s really sweet,” Kody admitted before saying, “Christine chose him, so I think it’s a good match, but I don’t know anything.”
As for Woolley’s relationship with his ex-wife, the TV personality insists that he wouldn’t have believed the pair were really in love if Christine hadn’t learned to keep her and Robyn’s names out of her mouth. “She may, and I hope, be a very good wife for David,” he said before admitting:
“I think now that she’s in love with David, she has to prove it by never saying anything bad about Robyn because that’s when I’ll believe Christine is in love, when she has nothing bad to say. about Robyn or about me to our children.”
Christine Brown’s New Marriage Helps Her Understand Kody & Robyn’s Romance
Although Kody wanted Christine to stop talking about her relationship with Robyn, she, instead, couldn’t help but reflect on their romance as a result of her marriage to Woolley. In the latest episode of “Sister Wives,” the Plexus ambassador expressed that she understands her ex-husband better.
“I was standing in my kitchen, and I thought, this is how Kody feels about Robyn. The way I feel about David is how Kody and Robyn feel about each other,” Christine recalled. “Oh, then I would never want to leave. I would never ever wanted to go to someone else’s house.”
The mother of six wishes Kody and Robyn well and hopes their happiness will eventually overshadow any anger the couple may have towards the rest of the family. In his words:
“They deserve to be happy. Go be happy with each other, for goodness sake, be happy with each other. Let the others go, let us go. Stop being angry. And then we can all make up once you let it go and stop being mad.”
Christine’s words come weeks after Kody’s shady blessing before he tied the knot with Woolley. In the episode “Sister Wives,” the father chides her for being part of their poor polygamous family, saying: “She’s a— sister’s wife.”
Kody states Christine “never tried” and “never has.” He also hinted she might be better suited to Woolley with the salty remark: “She might, and I hope, be a very good wife for David.”
