Sivasagar is on the outskirts but it is well connected to the road. There are buses for public transport that connect the city to Dibrugarh, Guwahati, and Jorhat. We went around the city by taxi. There are all the facilities available for tourists here.
There are taxis, cars and some other cheaper means of transport. This airport is located 75km from the city which is Jorhat airport. It may be a small town, but it is easily accessible and tourists can travel around it without spending too much money.
