The tweet read, “Who do you want SNL to be? Let us know in a reply.”

As you can tell where this is headed, a large number of people answered with “Carol Burnett.”

This led many to believe that something wrong had happened.

The Internet Panicked When His Name Started Trending

“Carol Burnett is trending and you’re all scared of me. They just want him to host SNL. How in the world was this comedy genius not given this platform,” tweeted one fan.
